Dominica Airport and Seaport Authority (DASPA)
In December 2016, EfficiencyOne Services met with executives at DASPA in Dominica to discuss energy efficiency upgrades at their airport and seaport facilities in Roseau. DASPA was interested in identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs at both facilities.
EfficiencyOne Services’ engineers conducted a walk-through audit of the two facilities and identified opportunities to improve the lighting and air conditioning systems, as well as introduce computer power management. The opportunities identified could save the client as much as 87,323 kWh annually, corresponding to an annual reduction in utility costs of approximately USD $35,000.
